why isn’t my tracking working?

it may take 1-2 business days for your shipment status to register in our system. if your tracking number isn’t appearing or working, email us at orders@starfaceworld.com with your order number and we’ll get it sorted for you asap :)

i entered the wrong address! can i update it?

orders can only be changed or canceled during business hours from monday-friday and within 30 minutes of purchase. email us at orders@starfaceworld.com with the subject line "urgent" and we'll do our best to accommodate your request!

plz note that changes are not guaranteed for orders placed outside of business hours.
