Before using the Glow Stars, make sure to leave them under a light for at least one minute. Your phone's light makes the Glow Stars shine brightest!
Our products were designed specifically for acne-prone skin, but any skin type—even super sensitive—can use them because we make sure to make our formulas extra gentle. When in doubt, it doesn’t hurt to check with your dermatologist first to get the go-ahead.
While our products should not do any of these things, we recommend storing them at room temp to make sure they stay in tip-top shape. Exposing them to extreme temps for extended periods of time could potentially compromise the product’s efficacy, and we don’t want that!

Hydro-Stars do their best work solo, but if you do choose to apply makeup, it’s not harmful.
Results vary based on skin type and the status of the pimple(s) in treatment, but you should see a noticeable reduction in inflammation once you remove your Hydro-Star.
We wouldn’t suggest double-dipping with your Hydro-Star, as the patch draws out acne-causing bacteria that you don’t want to put back on your skin. The bottom line: Always use a fresh one for best results.
We advise applying Hydro-Stars with clean fingertips to freshly washed skin. You can wear Hydro-Stars whenever you want, but they work especially well when you leave it on overnight because that’s when your skin is in healing mode.
Starface is for everyone! If you have any doubts, ask your derm first to get the OK.
We like to give Hydro-Stars a minimum of six hours to do their thing. There’s also no harm in letting it chill for a few hours longer, but we wouldn’t wear the same star for more than ten. Wearing it for 6-8 hours on clean, dry skin is the best way to go. Our stars don’t contain any latex or potentially irritating ingredients, but if you do start to experience any form of irritation, remove yours immediately.
You can use your Hydro-Star as often as you want. Consistency is key.

We currently have two options for you: In the US, your order can arrive in approximately 4 to 8 days for free OR we can have it to you in 3 days for an extra 5 bucks.
In the UK, your order can arrive in 2 working days for free OR can be overnighted for £6. It’s your call; we just make it happen.
As soon as you place an order, it’s sent to our fulfillment center, and from there, we pack and ship it directly to you. Orders generally process in 1 to 2 business days, with orders placed after 1:00 PM ET processing the next business day.
We’ll keep you in the loop, too. Once your package is en route, you'll get a shipment notification and tracking email so you can stalk its arrival time whenever you want.
We’re doing our best, but it may take a few extra days to get to you. Shipping to these states generally takes about 9 to 14 days. It’ll be worth it!
So not ideal—sorry! But we’re here to help. In some (see: very few) cases, it may take 1 to 2 business days to digitally register your shipment status into the system. Starface doesn’t offer refunds on opened or used products that aren’t faulty, nor do we offer exchanges online. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable—sorry!
In the case of a faulty or wrongly described item, you can choose between a replacement or a refund. Please note that faulty items must be declared within 30 days of purchase. If you have any questions, e-mail hello@StarfaceWorld.com and we’ll help you out.
You should see your refund $$$ hit your account between five and ten business days.

Your credit or debit card will be charged as soon as your order your Starface product.
Starface currently accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. We also accept Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. We do not accept Monopoly Money!
No worries! If your payment doesn’t go through, you may want to make sure that all of your credit card credentials are correct. (It’s possible you entered the wrong CVC number!) Also, one of the most common reasons a card gets declined is because it’s expired, so that could potentially be the culprit. If none of these are causing the issue, try calling your credit card company directly. And if they don’t have an answer, shoot us an email at Orders@StarfaceWorld.com and we’ll work on getting one for you.
